Joni's Child Care & Pre-School centers work hard to create a healthy, happy learning environment for both the children in our care and the professionals who work with us. The centers utilize an open floor plan which encourages teamwork, support and accountability. Regular, open communication is key.

Teachers are given tremendous creative freedom to build a curriculum that meets company standards based upon developmentally appropriate practice, variety and individual goals. Teachers write lesson plans, which are reviewed by the head teacher. Teachers communicate directly with parents with the support and guidance of center management.

Joni's Child Care & Pre-School centers combine NAEYC appropriate practices and interactions with an academic curriculum. Children are challenged daily in writing, science, math and cognitive growth. They are also encouraged to explore and express themselves through various art media, dramatic play, blocks, clays and music. We seek to stimulate the whole child.
