For your convenience, Joni's Child Care & Pre-School has posted many of our enrollment-related forms and center policies online. They are currently saved in PDF format and can be accessed in two ways.

1. To simply view the document online with the option of printing or saving it to your computer, just "left click" your mouse on one of the links bulleted on the left hand portion of your screen. You must have a PDF reader installed on your computer to view the document. If you do not have a PDF reader installed on your computer you can download for free here.
   
   
2. To save the document to your computer, "right click" your mouse while hovering over one of the links bulleted on the left hand portion of your screen, then select "save target as" from the pop-up menu, and choose a location to save the file on your computer's hard disk. You can then view the file by double clicking it on your computer. You must have a PDF reader installed on your computer to view the document.

If you do not have a PDF reader installed on your computer or you are having trouble viewing one of the forms or policies, please contact us and we will make arrangements to e-mail, fax, or mail the documents to you immediately. Please note that while we strive to keep the online forms and policies section of our website current with real-time policy changes and regulation, the accuracy of the documents in this section is governed by the site's terms and legal conditions.
