Some Joni's Child Care and Pre-School centers offer a Full-Day Kindergarten program as an alternative to the public school system. Programming occurs between 9:00 a.m and 3:30 p.m. Joni's Kindergarten maintains an exceptional academic program which emphasizes self-worth and respect while developing language, math skills, science concepts, and fine and gross motor skills and encouraging children to grow at a rate that is both comfortable and challenging at the kindergarten level.

Certified teachers work in spacious classrooms with only 10 children enabling them to concentrate on each child's individual needs, extra attention for some children, extra challenge for others. Children are offered the opportunity to participate in small and large group activities as well as work independently when desired. Teachers have the time and opportunity to include regular music and movement activities, cooking, literature exploration and early reading projects.

Joni's Kindergarten does not follow the local school systems, therefore does not close for minor holiday, teacher workshops, or inclement weather. Onsite before and after-school care is provided as a continuation of the regular programming.
